We believe that lost people matter to God. Therefore, lost people matter to the church. Sharing the good news of the gospel (that Jesus’ death on the cross and resurrection restores our relationship with God) is the most important thing we can do as believers.
RiverValley views missionary work not only for those who are called to work in full-time missions, but for everyone in the local body. Jesus tells us to go into the world and make disciples baptizing them in the name of the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit.
At RVC, we support the following missionaries who are serving either overseas or stateside:
John and Diane Windle
John and Diane never planned to spend more than three decades doing family ministry, it just happened, and they are convinced God planned it – they just walked through one open door after another.
Mark and Emily Rygh
Our dream is that we would give every student in the Fox Valley the opportunity to know someone who truly follows Jesus Christ. This gives us a tangible way of reaching our college students for Christ.
Karatu Orphan Project
RiverValley Church is blessed to be able to help support 13 children in the village of Karatu. All have lost one or both parents making difficult living situations even harder.
Charlotte Bechtel
Charlotte Bechtel ministers to the Mormon population in Utah. She currently lives in Payson which is part of the Provo metropolitan area.
Ray and Myrtle Morris
After serving in the Spanish speaking countries for most of their career, Ray & Myrtle now reside in Neenah and continue in ministry to Hispanic leaders in South and Central America as well as in the United States.
Eric and Christina Leinen
Our vision is to give everyone on campus the opportunity to hear the life-changing message of Jesus Christ and raise up Christ-centered students who will go and help fulfill the Great Commission.
Pat Foster
Pat lives in Florida and teaches new immigrants. She is also working on publishing her writings.
Stephan and Katie Altergott
Cru is a community passionate about connecting people to Jesus Christ. Our purpose is helping to fulfill the great Commission in the power of the Holy Spirit by winning people to faith in Jesus Christ, building them in their faith, and sending them to win and build others and helping the body of Christ to evangelism and discipleship through a variety of creative ways.
Bella Medical Clinic
Bella Medical Clinic specializes in pregnancy diagnosis under the direction, licensure and guidelines of our Medical Director.
Zach and Míša Harrod
Zach and Míša love seeing faith lived out in real, missional ways in their city (Prague), country (Czech) and continent (Europe) that ache, unknowingly, for a Savior.
Dana and Carolyn Belton
Dana and Carolyn Belton have served for more than 30 years in ministry within the Evangelical Church in Zambia through discipleship and leadership training, teaching, preaching, providing materials for church growth in seven local languages and more recently, assisting Amano Christian School with teaching and administration.
